Delete account & data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:

1. Directly in the app (recommended)

Open the app and go to Profile → Account & settings → “Delete account permanently”. After you confirm, your account is deleted immediately and irreversibly.

2. Without the app – by request

No longer have access to the app? Enter your email address here – we will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• your profile (name, email, profile picture)
• the groups you created as well as your participations, wishes and reservations
• your device tokens for push notifications

Note: Purchases already completed via the App Store or Google Play are managed there; invoicing data required for tax purposes may be retained for the legally mandated retention period.
